Let's Celebrate on June 14

As a nation, we have a lot to celebrate: It's Flag Day and the 250th birthday of the U.S. Army! So let us help you get ready to celebrate:
Flag Day: On June 14, 1777 the Continental Congress established the design of the American flag. Our flag represents freedom, righteousness, and honor. The Stars and Stripes should be celebrated! From the War of Independence to present day, our flag has been a symbol of hope and our nation’s heroes have ensured that she continues to wave.
250th Birthday of the U.S. Army: Today also marks the 250th birthday of the U.S. Army. We are so thankful for all of the brave men and women who have served in the U.S. Army. Our blood stained freedom is thanks to our military including the U.S. Army. We honor the U.S. Army on this special day. (Today is also President Trump’s birthday. We extend birthday greetings to the president. Let's remember to pray for our leaders, our troops, and our country overall.)
Best Way to Celebrate: Remember, Honor, and Pray. Reach out to those who defend our flag and especially those in the U.S. Army. Do something kind for them and their families. More specifically, we implore you to pray and ask our Lord Jesus to protect our country and turn hearts to Him. (Please pray for our close ally Israel as well.) We need to pray for our troops and our leaders at this time.
In closing, let's focus on Psalm 145:18-19 which says, "The Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth. He will fill the desire of those who fear Him. He will also hear their cry and will save them.”
God bless you always,Dr. Carrie Stoelting and Stacie Stoelting HudzinskiSisters and founders of Unite the USA

URGENT: Pray for our troops.

Pray for the USA. And Pray for Israel.

We are praying for Israel as they fight for peace, freedom, and safety from Iran's nuclear weapon efforts against them. Please, please pray for Israel, the USA, and peace. Here are important statements about the current events from Greg Laurie, Joni Eareckson Tada, and Franklin Graham.

"This is a very serious matter, and Bible students should be paying close attention. The regime in Iran has long supported terrorism around the world—especially against Israel. They have been developing a nuclear weapon for some time now, and their leaders have repeatedly threatened to use it to “wipe Israel off the face of the Earth.” We must be in prayer, and we must walk closely with the Lord. These are perilous times, and we need spiritual discernment, courage, and faith more than ever." -Pastor Greg Laurie

Dear friends,
You may have already heard the sobering news that Israel has launched attacks on Iran’s nuclear research centers, missile sites, and other military targets. Fires rage in Tehran. Israelis are bracing for harsh retaliation. In moments like these, the words “peace” and “stability” feel heartbreakingly distant.
Still, even in the midst of global unrest, our hearts can be anchored in Christ. Let’s pray fervently for God’s mercy in this conflict, and most of all, for the Gospel to go forth in power across the Middle East. Only through Christ can true peace be known.
As John 16:33 says, Jesus Christ has overcome the world. What a hope we have in the sure promise that Christ will return! And when he does, peace and stability will no longer be fleeting; they will be made perfect in the new heaven and new earth where he will reign in righteousness.
Come quickly, Lord Jesus!Joni Eareckson Tada
"Iran has said that they want to wipe Israel off the face of the map. They would also like to destroy America. Iran is a sponsor of terror. The Oct. 7 attack on Israel was perpetrated by Hamas, which is controlled by Iran. Israel has been attacked in the north by Hezbollah, which is controlled by Iran. And Iran has been using the Houthis to fire missiles almost every day toward Israel, and they are controlled by Iran. I was in Israel last week, and we had to take shelter several times as Houthi missiles were fired into the country. Imagine if we had to live like that here in the US. Israel has been forced into defending itself and needs our prayers. All of us who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and trust Him should “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem” (Psalm 122:6). Pray that this can be resolved quickly." -Franklin Graham

How to Know Jesus
Question: How do Stacie and Carrie know they'll go to Heaven?
Answer: It's not because of what they've done or who they are. It's because Jesus lives in them. Anything good in them is because of Jesus in them. They know God and His love in a personal way. They've followed what God said in His book: the Bible. They invited Jesus to be their Savior and Lord. You, too, can know God. Yes, He really does love you!
Take His Word for it:
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. -John 3:16 (NKJV) For all have sinned; all fall short of God's glorious standard.-Rom. 3:23 (NLV) For God sent Jesus to take the punishment for our sins and to satisfy God's anger against us. We are made right with God when we believe that Jesus shed his blood, sacrificing his life for us... -Rom. 3:25 (NLV) That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. -Rom. 10:9 (NKJV) Understand that God loves you with infinite love! God is good, holy and righteous and we fall short of His perfection. So we need a Mediator, Jesus, who lovingly took our punishment for all our mistakes.
Believe that Jesus is God's Son that took your punishment. He took your punishment for all your sins (anti-God ways) and that He rose from the dead for you, __________.
Repent (turn away from) your sins (anti-God ways) and submit yourself to Him as your Lord.
Receive Jesus as your personal Savior and Lord. Talk to God and give your life to Jesus.
Pray from your heart. If it helps, pray something like this:
God, I understand now...You sent Jesus to share Your love and make it possible for me to be Yours. Please forgive me for all my sins. Jesus, I believe you took my punishment on the cross and that you rose from the dead for me personally. I turn away from doing things "my way" and ask that You rule my life, Jesus. I receive You as my Savior and Lord. I put my trust in You not in the things I do. I love You.
In Jesus' Name, Amen.
